Questions, problems, or a price that looks wrong? Email support@bottleprice.app and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. Please include the device you’re using and, if it’s about a specific bottle or store, its name.

Common questions

• I didn’t get my sign-in code — check your spam or junk folder, wait a minute, then request a new code. Codes expire after a short time, so use the most recent one.
• A price is wrong — open the bottle or store and tap to confirm or correct the price, or check in the price you see on the shelf. Every check-in keeps prices fresh for the next person.
• Shelf photos — photos you submit are read to find prices and bottles, and you review every match before anything is posted. See the Privacy Policy for how photos are handled.
• Delete your account — in the app, open the Profile tab and tap Delete account. You can also email privacy@bottleprice.app.
• Age requirement — BottlePrice is for adults 21 and older.
